2019 is already gearing up to be an exciting year here at Stonegate; as a result of New year promotions and improvements to process, we have a vacancy for Sales Administrator.

This is a key role within our busy sales team; working closely with the Business Development team the position supports them in their day-to-day interactions with customers – existing and new.

Full training will be given, but experience in a similar position would be a definite advantage.  You will be responsible for the account management and development of nominated customers – providing quotations for standards hardware/software and managing the accounts on a day-to-day basis to encourage organic growth.

You need to be fully IT literate having experience with MS Office and ideally, some experience of CRM systems.

Also working closely with other area of the business such as Projects, Finance and Tech Support, you must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.  Specific duties will include (but aren’t limited to):

  • making calls and following up with clients to meet their needs;
  • developing relationships with potential clients;
  • maintaining good relationships with existing clients;
  • developing and analysing data to determine how to better accommodate new and existing customers;
  • performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organisation;
  • understanding the individual and unique needs of each customer.

We’re looking for you to develop the role so that, in time, you become the first point of contact for house customers and to be able to confidently support their account needs, whether that be for additional hardware/software or helping them with order / invoice queries.  You may be required to visit customers at their site so you need to hold a full UK driving licence.

Working out of our Helmshore Head Office, this is a full-time position, the hours of work being 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday [excluding Bank Holidays].

Salary in line with experience.
