2019 is already gearing up to be an exciting year here at Stonegate; as a result of New year promotions and improvements to process, we have vacancies for Level 1 AND a Level 2 Service Desk Technicians.

Both positions call for pro-active and self-driven individuals with proven experience of working in a multi-layered Support Desk environment.

Support starts with our L1 team who handle inbound calls and service requests; this role doesn’t demand extensive technical skills, however first-line resolution experience would be extremely useful, along with experience of managing and resolving client issues including Windows, MAC & O365 via Remote Desktop technologies.  Experience within a busy customer services environment would also be an advantage.

The L2 role does require extensive technical skills, along with proven experience of managing and resolving client issues across multiple platforms – including Microsoft Windows and MAC Client and Server operating systems, Microsoft Office suites, including O365 deployments.  Additional experience in networking and security technologies including FortiGate, Draytek, Zyxel and ESET would be a definite advantage; although training and mentoring will be provided where required.

Both are full-time roles working out of our Helmshore Head Office; we operate a rota-based system on our Service Desk from 8am – 6pm Mon-Fri, along with OOH support on weekends and Bank Holidays.  Some client-facing work is required for the L2 role, so you do need to hold a full UK driving licence.

Salary in line with experience.
