2020 is already gearing up to be an exciting year here at Stonegate; as a result of New Year promotions and improvements to process, we have a opening for a First Line Support Technician.

This position calls for a pro-active and self-driven individual with proven experience of working in a multi-layered Support Desk environment.

Support starts with our L1 team who handle inbound calls and service requests; this role doesn’t demand extensive technical skills, however first-line resolution experience would be extremely useful, along with experience of managing and resolving client issues including Windows, MAC & O365 via Remote Desktop technologies.  Experience within a busy customer services environment would be a definite advantage.

This is a full-time roles working out of our Helmshore Head Office; we operate a rota-based system on our Service Desk from 8am – 6pm Mon-Fri, along with OOH support on weekends and Bank Holidays.  Some client-facing is required from time-to-time, so you do need to hold a full UK driving licence.

Salary in line with experience.
