We will operating with reduced hours over the Christmas and new year period but will be providing out of hours cover for any critical IT issues.

 Monday, 2nd January – Closed

 Tuesday, 3rd January – business as usual from 8:30am

 If you do have a critical IT issue over the festive period, please call our usual office number 01706 362130 and select Option 5 to be connected to the on-call Support Technician.

 You can also email us at support@stonegateit.co.uk / help@mysupport.guru – tickets will be auto-logged by our call management system, which we’ll be checking periodically for any urgent issues.
