You don’t need to be the next Harry Potter, but if you’re an experienced 2nd Line technician looking for your next challenge then we’d love to hear from you – and if you can bring a few spells with you, then even better!!!!

You’ve gotta be self-driven and have worked in a multi-layered Service Desk environment before – a couple of years’ experience in a similar role would set up you well.

Your technical skills need to be wide-ranging and proven across multiple platforms – the usual suspects here – Microsoft Windows, MAC Client and Server OS, as well as MS Office suites and 365 deployments. If your kit bag also includes networking and security technologies, then happy days – but don’t worry, full training/mentoring will be there if needed.

This is a full-time gig working out of our Helmshore Head Office; you’ll drop into our rota-based cover from 8am-6pm Mon-Fri, with OOH support on weekends and Bank Hols.

You’ll be expected to go to customer site so you need to hold a full UK driving (or broomstick!) licence.

Salary in line with experience.
